If you are looking for a pool or hot tub, this is the place to go. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding customer service. We bought a hot tub from them last fall and couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Ben and company give the absolutely best service. I so appreciate the video and information on their webpage that saved our hot tub. Our hot tub quit working in -40 degrees weather, or so it felt that way and Ben demonstrated to us via video how to place a space heater in the cabinet of the hot tub to prevent freezing of the small pipes. Of course this had to happen at night when no one is available. The next day the water was still luke warm and no pipes had frozen in fact when they came to work on the tub it was 80 degrees!!! Of course Ben and his team went to work and fixed the hot tub in freezing cold weather. THANKS TO Ben and his awesome team of technicians.....

Urban Life is a great company. We purchased a hot tub 2 years ago. They came and set it up (100 miles away) and had to make a return visit as there was a manufacturer defect. We love our hot tub. I have arthritis so it is extremely beneficial to my poor old bones. We recently had a major hydro outage that blew main breakers in many homes, including ours. Resetting the breaker in the panel box didn’t fix the problem. I called Urban Life and Ben walked me through the resetting the hot tub process which was fairly simple when told how to do it. He suggested we get the weak breaker in our panel box replaced so we don’t have any further issues. Once again they took the time to help with our problem. We would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub.

I usually find businesses in smaller towns provide better service and Urban Life proves that once again. They were friendly, met all my needs at a fair (actually really good) price and have helped out after the purchase for questions and advice. I live in Winnipeg, and I still chose to drive to Steinbach to buy the hot tub. It can take longer to drive across town some days than it takes to drive to Steinbach. And as they say, it's worth the trip. I strongly suggest you check them out before buying a hot tub, you will be happy you did.

Ben answered all my questions and provided some very good advice that helped me make my decision on which hot tub to purchase (as I had visited one other hot tub dealer in Winnipeg). At the beginning we were shopping for a swim spa, but we ended up buying a Hydropool hot tub in summer of 2020 form Urban Life in Steinbach are and we are totally satisfy. The spa is fantastic, the owner himself continues to help us with our mulitple questions so that we can enjoy our spa to the maximum.
