1. the store is a lot more helpful than Canada Post, they have printers to help you print stuff which makes things more convenient and time efficient for you, compared to Canada Post you have to do the printing yourself (probably by going to a public library).2. I haven't experienced the same negative experiences as other customers did because I personally have went to this UPS store dozens of times and have never experienced anything that made me feel aggravated where I wouldn't come back again.

Don't abide by times set for store closing. Just arrived to drop off parcels. Store locked down! Supposed to close at 3. Its 130! Now have to hunt for another location.Will take my business to another location in the future.

Horrible customer service. We went to pick up our package and showed them our id proof. Then, the owner/store rep looks at the id and starts repeatedly saying Your name is so difficult

The owners of this UPS store are amazing! They are so incredibly friendly. I come here on a weekly basis to drop off packages for my business and every time I receive exceptional service. The people running this store are so incredibly kind and always so happy to help me:).

This is the 3rd time I have used this location to return items to Amazon. Their customer service is top notch. I had to return 4 items that all came in one box but needed to have separate identification tags created and packaging for return. The gentleman, Golan Jilani helped me with everything, from creating the tags to packaging my items. I was so thankful. He was was very kind and patient. I will never use Canada Post again, they won't help you and asking a question, heaven forbid. I will never never go back to the post office on Garth Street shoppers drug mart.AB
