GYPSET Midwest Yoga
Last night I experienced my first Reiki Restorative Yoga session with Ashlyn - it was wonderful! I reached out to her prior to the session and mentioned I have a herniated disk in my low back, she then went out of her way to find specific poses that will alleviate that pain for me to do while the others did their poses. These are new poses to me and are ones that I can take and do at home on a more regular basis. I'm very excited about that. The studio is quaint and beautiful and I can't wait to come back for the next offering of this class!!
