Great staff who will get to know you by name within a couple of visits. Very knowledge professionals who take the time to educate you and are looking out for you. I was hesitant to go to a chiro in the past, but have noticed a difference since beginning treatment. Once things get to a good place the frequency of visits declines and they don't pressure or guilt you if you want to space out your appointments.

Dr. Pain is an incredible chiropractor. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say, and responds accordingly. Highly recommend. The staff are also very friendly and take the time to make you feel welcome.

Have been going to the LiveWell Centre for well over a decade for Chiropractic care. Laura and Peter are both the real deal. True professionals who care first and foremost about the Heath and wellbeing of those they treat. Their staff are also all pros. From the front desk, to RMTs and Physiotherapists etc. They are all friendly, welcoming and experts at what they do. Jen rescued my shoulder from a rotator cuff injury.Very clean place and their precautions during covid19 have been excellent.

Am able to book with Adam Snook online and get in almost immediately! Best service I’ve ever received with a RMT as he really knows how to massage all the muscles that have triggered my pain leaving me feeling like a new person after just 1 appointment. Location is great, parking is free and the building is immaculate. One of Kingstons little hidden gems.

I have been seeing Dr. Gifford for over a year now to treat my low back pain. I always feel better after seeing her! She is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly, professional and kind. Hilary at the front desk is phenomenal! She is so sweet, and always greets you with a smile. Going to the Live Well Centre is always a pleasure!

My experience is directly with Dr. Dylan Rogers. I had a stroke, and am a young patient, and Dr. Dylan Rogers really helped get the neurological areas in my brain back to normal. He was super thorough, friendly and his follow up on my homework" was so prompt. He only scheduled appointments that were necessary and once he felt I was back to my baseline (or close to it)

Dr. Dylan RodgersI was so fortunate to work with Dr.Dylan Rodgers in rehabilitating my head injury. He is a hard working, caring medical professional who has extensive training in brain rehabilitation techniques. I was hesitant at first to see Dylan as my whiplash was already treated and stable. I didn’t want to see a chiropractor and was fearful of a setback. Going to see Dylan was a great decision. He is a chiropractor but did not adjust me - he has extensive training through the Carrick institute in brain rehabilitation. When I began seeing Dylan I was eight months into a concussion/ brain injury and had significant symptoms that affected my quality of life such as fatigue, irritability, brain fog, cognitive impairment, dizziness, heart rate issues, vision and balance problems. Dylan used high and low technology to assess and monitor my symptoms. He also kept in contact with me weekly to follow up and monitor. Dylan was able to help me with these symptoms and coached me to feel confident to move forward in my recovery. Before I worked with Dylan I was not sure if I could return to my job as a classroomTeacher. I now see this is possible and am enjoying drastically improved health! All of this occurred in approximately 2 months of visits with Dylan. He sought to inform and collaborate with other professionals who are helping me heal such as vision therapy. I highly recommend seeing Dylan Rodgers if you have a recent head injury or something that has happened long ago. There is hope. I would also like to say that the office staff at live well centre are incredible - kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Dylan and the Live Well Centre team!

Dr. Laura is a miracle worker. She knows her stuff and has helped me with my migraines and pains like no medications could. I would strongly recommend her and the practice. The office is cozy, the receptionists are warm and caring and best of all the place has toys and kids are welcomed to come along!

I love seeing Jen, she's super nice!! As a wheelchair user though, this building isn't properly accessible to me.
