I don't understand the negative comments , Victor went out of his wayto make all our arrangements easy for my dad's funeral.Coffin beautiful, my dad looked so handsome, the place is so clean and modern, everything was perfect. Flowers gorgeous! Could not ask for better experience, we would highly recommend the complex.

The facility is beautiful! The luncheon was delicious. However I was disappointed in one of the staff members who was quite abrasive & rude! She made an announcement in French for an Anglophone service- rude! No English translation- are you kidding me? When it came to the technology aspect of the service, she was very resistant & negative in her approach & attitude! This woman was all business with not an ounce of compassion & warmth. She needs to find another profession- quickly!!!

Please anyone thinking of bringing your loved ones to this complex or even the chain DON'T. They couldn't care less about your family grieving. If I had an option for no stars I would. Deeply disappointed about their judgement calls and lack of empathy. Please refrain from choosing them.

Service très peu professionnel et l’agent de sécurité M. Cordo à l’accueil n’était vraiment pas dans une bonne journée. Il a accueilli mon père et moi avec un comportement arrogant et négatif nous avions vraiment l’air de le déranger. Le salon nous niaise depuis plus de 5 mois. Ma belle mère est décédée et elle n’est même pas encore dans sa niche. LeCimetière à l’aire d’être laissé à l’abandon. Je suis vraiment déçu du service. J’ai une niche à côté d’elle et je vais faire une demande pour être rembourser. Pas vrai qu’un coup décédé les gens vont venir me visiter ici. À suivre pour le remboursement de ma niche.

Great complex and great service! Angela and Rita were sympathetic, patient and understanding during the planning my grandmother's funeral. They made the entire process easy and even though we had a budget, we were able to have wonderful service to honour my grandmother's memory.

The hardest thing I had to do, was plan my mother's funeral.Thankfully, Angela was there to guide me and help take care of all the arrangements. This helped immensely.Everything was perfect thanks to Angela and the team. My mother looked so rested, so beautiful and this brought us comfort.I definitely recommend this complex.Thanks Angela for all your help, patience and guidance during this difficult time.
