These ladies were absolutely amazing. They did my bridesmaid’s hair (pictured) and my (the bride’s) hair and make-up. Both ladies were very professional and talented, and put us all at ease on wedding day.Specifically, Kat was awesome - she was super flexible and worked with me to create an end result that we both loved. Our trial didn’t quite meet what I wanted, so we revamped it on wedding day and it ended up BEAUTIFUL. She’s super fun and personable too, which definitely helped keep me calm throughout the process. She is also totally open to making adjustments based on feedback - which was so helpful.All around wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful salon and staff. Aleasha does all my colouring and cuts now and I love her head massages and she has a great eye for colour and takes the time to make sure its perfect. if you are looking to get fun colours done in Banff she is your gal!

I’ve been going to Terry for just over a year now and she is absolutely amazing. She got me back to my natural hair colour, keeping my hair super healthy plus gives the best head massage and knows what the recommend. A hair dresser I trust. Always a good vibe in this studio too!

Gel nails were flawless but Veronica gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my life I walked out crying I explained over and over what I wanted I even showed her pictures and she kept screwing it up anyway!!!! asked for feathered on the sides and she kept slide cutting it. I wanted spiked around my face and height at the top and again she kept slide cutting it. Then she said she didn't have time to fix it cuz she had to go pick up her kid. I can't believe I paid money to let her screw up my looks. She should be fired

Friendly service, clean and professional space. Lovely deep conditioning treatment. Technically skilled haircut but not what I asked for so quite disappointed in the result. Asked for choppy and wavy and got a sleek bob instead. Didn’t put a towel on my neck so clothes were full of hair which was miserable to drive home in. Will be getting it redone elsewhere promptly.
