Shai is professional, caring, thoughtful and hugely compassionate - all of which is on display at HLK. She offers a wonderful experience in a warm, inviting environment. Shai and her team are amazing. HLK has a terrific selection of clothing and accessories and the service is always friendly. Shai has a keen stylist’s eye and her recommendations are always welcome. I’ve sold lots of articles of clothing on consignment at the store. It’s my go-to place.

This is an amended review to reflect my experience after having left a poor review yesterday. Just minutes after my previous review was posted, I received a reply from Shai, the owner of the store. The sincerity of her apology was palpable and I stopped by her store today to let her know how much I appreciated it. The news she had received just before I met her yesterday was enough to bring anyone to their knees and the fact that she wasn’t able to take a few hours to herself right away is a tough thought. She was as lovely and sincere in person as is reflected in her words below and I am looking forward to going on treasure hunts in her beautiful store. And Joanne, who works at the store, was as helpful and kind as anyone could be. Thank you, Shai.

I can honestly say Shai changed my life. I have always had poor body image and as I approach my 60th birthday I decided to give this a try. After a 2hr meeting with Shai I walked out confident and super excited to begin the process. I now know what works for me on my body and wow what a difference! Her clothes are beautiful , top quality and priced very low. Thankyou Shai for helping me feel good about myself! You truly are a gift!
