Be careful when taking your items to be hemmed if they make a mistake you still have to pay for them to fix it... They don't take responsibility and make you feel like it was your fault in the first place. Blaming it on the fact that I moved when they were pinning the pants to be hemmed. Ridiculous! No customer relation skills

Outrageous pricing! 2 dress shirts 2 knit blouses and a silk blouse he charged me 70$ !!! . Robbery!! I work hard for my money to provide for my kids . He just took bread off of my table. I'm beyond upset.

My wife went into get some pants hemmed. Very simple instructions. Take one inch up from the bottom. But they didn't do it evenly. Not even close. And rather than try to correct their mistake they argued with her. Very silly behaviour on their part. Can't say I understand why they would want a bad review.

First of all, the owners don't speak english, so it's impossible to make any sort of special request or describe what you want. And NEVER get alterations done here, the lady clearly can't sew. A week after she hemmed my pants, the stitches fell out of both legs. She redid them. 2 weeks later, the stitches on one leg came down. She insulted me by saying that next time she would charge me again! I guess they expect you to pay for her incompetence. And their prices are absolutely ridiculous - $4 for a shirt!

Got really expensive over the years, thread from hem is coming loose.

We have been customers for many years and have always been satisfied with the service and results. The process they use is environmentally safe and has helped us to keep our clothes for long term use. All work is done on site - not in some anonymous factory. We are pleased to support this family owned business and recommend them highly.

The owner of this business has no customer relations whatsoever. My husband dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned and when I found out it was $18.95 to dry clean a simple dress (that's the lowest price for a dress to be dry cleaned apparently), I called the business to cancel my order. She was pissed and slammed the phone on me.Any sane business owner will try to redeem a customer by calmly explaining things to the customer even if she can't do anything for me would have made a lot of difference. But for her to start yelling at me and slamming the phone are definitely not a business who cares for their customers.For that, I am not coming back to this place.

DO NOT come here. They literally lost a 2 piece suit of mine. Cannot find the suit, not being very helpful in resolving this at all.

Only used this place once for dry cleaning, my regular place was closed. Had no problems. Located on main Street Stouffville

Consumers BEWARE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I brought in a dress shirt to be cleaned and when it was returned there was staining on the front and back of the shirt. I promptly took it back and was told by the “cleaner” that the stains were already there and he then proceeded to point to a poster on the wall stating that the cleaning can make “invisible stains” show up. This shirt had been cleaned by them many many times and never had any type of staining.I asked him to check his records to show that we’ve brought in this shirt before and he refused and stated “I’m the cleaner”. The last time we used this cleaner they gave us the wrong suit and when we went back they hadn’t cleaned our suit and we had to wait for them to figure out what happened and to clean it with no compensation offered but we thought it was a one off! Not only are they overpriced they do not care about their clientele nor do they take any responsibility when a mistake or damage happens. We will never return and will use a different cleaner in Stouffville.
