James was so honest throughout the process of helping us buy a new chipper truck. We didn’t know what specs we would need and found out midway through the truck build that our AZ driver quit. He made sure the truck had hydraulic brakes so it could be driven by anyone!If you are looking for a painless buying experience just give them a call.

Wow, Steven I've known you for say what 2 yrs now? I haven't yet bought a unit from you but after reading some of these reviews my friend, I had to... It's like this guy is more of a consultant to me. I go to him looking to buy a unit but then he always shows me a better way out... Within the next few weeks I will be needing a unit and I am going to get it at Equip Loop. Hopefully Steven don't convince me otherwise lol. Great ppl friendly and really go the distance with you...... Keep up the great work guys....
