Is it possible to invest a little money in this business and make menu boards that are easy to see (not old and dirty) and a take out window that is not held together by cardboard and duct tape? When I order something from the menu board please don't ask me which one because you have an assortment that are not even posted. Asked to park so I did,, although given zero direction on where to park and parking where I have in the past (also no designated drive through spots) I was laughed at and told that she was standing around the corner with my food waiting for me. When I got home and found zero condiments. KFC / Taco Bell, we're done. Good luck to you, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Update: got a visibly moldy bun on our sandwich, yikes! They replaced it and apologized, but definitely not a good sign.Old review: Here for the plant-based menu!! The crispy chicken" burger is delicious and 100% vegan (including the mayo). Nothing fancy

We were there around 12 p.m., the counter was messy, debit receipts scattered on the counter and hanging out of the machine. We placed our order, paid with debit, the cashier didn’t look impressed because we didn’t hit the button for leave a tip (since when do you tip for fast food). While we waited we noticed unclean tables, baby chairs that had broken bottoms and stained black on them. We brought our food home, the chicken was overcooked, dark brown and dry meat inside, fries and gravy were horrible, coleslaw and macaroni salad had square carrots in them (just like frozen veggies). I would have expected the food to be fresh as there was only two customers in there. We will never go back and definitely won’t recommend KFC to anyone!

The most confusing experience I’ve ever had. After waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru the staff only spoke in incoherent riddles and then turned off the microphone. Had to ask the people ahead of us to move so we could get out. Felt like I was the mark on a hidden camera show. This is certainly a money laundering scheme.

KFC didn't send drinksThe delivery person felt it wasn't his responsibility to make sure the order is correct. This is why I don't tip on top of delivery service fees, clearly not deserved in this instance.

Stopped in for a quick meal before my son's footbal game tonight, and man, I can't tell you how bad it was.First, we ordered, and while we were waiting, there was some sort of confrontation between a manager and a doordash (or some such) driver that involved swearing and made us feel a little uncomfortable.After we eventually got our food after about half an hour, the fries were stone cold, the sandwiches were absolutely floating in mayo, the buns were squished and looked like they'd been stepped on, and the chicken was absolutely vile. I mean, it was cold, chewy like rubber, and absolutely disgusting. Of the three of us that ordered, not one of us could finish the food. Most of it ended up in the garbage, and what we did ear caused severe gastrointestinal distress in 2 out of the three.I'm writing this review primarily so I can use it to remind myself to never set foot in this place again. It was one of the worst fast food" experiences we've ever had. Spend 45 bucks to feed the garbage can in front of their store. Blech."

Once again they messed up the order and gave attitude when we went back I'm to get them to fix it. They also took our order and completely for got about us this time. Get it together!

Worst KFC i have been. Been waiting for over 10 min and no one has helped us both cashiers are unattended. Both washroom are both not in service. They dont have any costumer service at all. Please do not go to this store

Unfortunately the staff shortages has affected this location. The inside dining has been closed since the start of covid and only operating as drive thru. The hours are also spotty if you show up at 11 am or 6 pm it may be closed. The menu is either KFC or Taco Bell only at times. Hopefully they will resolve the staffing issues soon and operate as pre-covid times. If you want to go to a more reliable location for KFC try the Woodgrove Mall food court across the street.
