While the shopping experience was longer than desirable with two young children in tow, we are pleased with the lovely window coverings we received. Our living room looks updated and we’re happy. Thank you!

Process of purchasing the blinds was very simple. Staff at the store are very helpful.Installers were very friendly and did not take a long time to install. I am definitely happy with the experience.

I checked with other companies and Blinds To Go had a competitive price and it was easy to meet and finalize the order. Delivery and installation were right on time as requested. Installer was very experienced.

Very poor after Sales service. I was notified that the blinds and the roller shades order are ready and to make payment. I made the payment in full but was told installation appointment could not be arranged because store had no access for the booking, sales person would email and I would be notified. Days past by but no emails was received called the store numerous of time for installation date but said would be arrange, still no reply. I called many times but no call back. I finally did an online chat and was given a installation department's contact number to arrange for an installation appointment, please do not expect for any after sales' service

A stand alone brick and mortar store, I find it best to walk into one when looking for blinds. They have a large selection and you can ask all the questions you want. We worked with a sales associate named Lucy. She was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and super knowledgeable. She walked us through all the designs, options and prices. And made some really good cost saving recommendations. Great shopping experience! Stay safe out there my friends and please be kind to one another!

I bought blinds from there along with install.Several issues:- Provided quote is manually entered all over again when ordering and comes up with different price. Make sure you review again.- Install quote was increased after the visit by tech for measure at home. No certainty on what you'll end up paying especially for install.- Window fit for blind was poor anyway with spaces all around even when professionally installed by them. You've paid already upfront so can't complain.

Nice variety of blinds with good sales people. No pressure selling or anything. Just go in, shop around, ask for what you need and they gladly provide cheapest to most expensive quotes to choose from.A bit expensive but look for sales to get a great deal.Installation cost is reasonable. They were always on time, very polite & did a nice job.If you are a bit of a handyman than get the first installation done by professionals & then you can do the future ones by yourself.Overall, a good experience. We will return.

I ordered custom blinds for my apartment last July. The first set were all the wrong sizes - way too short - but one was too big and was jammed into my wall which caused damage. It took until November to get the new ones ordered and re-installed. By that time, I was so fed up with the back and forth that I was just thankful that I had blinds.The company gave me a small discount for the trouble.But now that the sunrise is earlier and the sunsets later, I see that one blind in my bedroom is letting a lot of light into the room. Upon closer inspection, it seems to be 1/2 inch too short.I have written the company once again but so far, no response.UPDATED: The company responded to my inquiry after a couple of days. They offered to change the order and make it right.Based on my interaction with the customer service rep, I have changed my original star rating.I believe these Google reviews help companies see the need for improvements and the good ones, make those improvements. My overall experience at Blinds to Go was satisfactory. My experience with customer service at the store was good. The employees shared their expertise when I was looking to purchase blinds. The process went smoothly when I purchased the blinds. It was the set up where the rating goes down. I received the blinds with no instructions. It was after store hours when I was trying to set up my blinds. I decided to go online to see if I can find the instructions but only found instructions that were for other blind models. I sent the store an email asking them to send me the instructions for the next day. It was very frustrating. I was able to figure out the set up on my own that night and put the blinds up only because I recently set up blinds from the Home Depot (thank you Home Depot). The store called and sent me the instructions the next day. I recommend looking for the correct instructions in the box first before leaving the store, if you are setting up your blinds yourself.
