We had David from True Steel Security - North Bay quote on having outdoor security cameras installed on our home. The price was quite reasonable and the work was done in a very timely fashion. The office staff was excellent helping out with the initial paperwork. All the field staff was very accommodating around our busy schedule. The technicians that did the install were very professional and excellent to deal with. Again they very accommodating to ensure their work was not intrusive to business operations. Excellent service.

Super fast to respond. Quote done within an hour for the alarm. Had other services installed as well. The costs are more than fair. No upselling Quick seemless instal by a professional group. The very best part is they are local. You dont call an over seas call centre. They are always available for simple.trouble shooting. Highly recommend them

Requested information from them about a security system, they were one of the few who responded in a timely manner. There rep met with us, explained how there system worked and explained his proposed security system for our house. He advised us to review the proposal and call him back. We did, he gave us an appointment and system was installed. Everything was done professionally and explained thoroughly. We are very pleased with the service to date. We can leave our home feeling secure that our home is being looked after.
