THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL.If you need emergency medical attention do not go there. You will be turned away.It's an old folks homeAlso be careful, the security team is extremely incompetent.

Don't be mistaken as lots of people are, this is not a walk in hospital. It's a residence for veteran's and seniors.It's a very nice veterans hospital and elderly home. The staff I have met are all very nice and make it a great place for the residences.

Meals with reasonable price; nurses are helpful and friendly. Nice arrangements of concerts and activities. A wonderful home for veterans and their relatives.

Best long term care for elderly you will find.My dad is a veteran and has been there since 2016 and everything about this place is 5 star! The staff, doctors, nurses, orderlies and volunteers are just amazing and very dedicated.The care they receive is the best I’ve ever seen. The activities are plentiful and the food is excellent! During the pandemic, the level of service never decreased and the measures put in place to keep everyone safe was exemplary! I can’t say enough good things about Ste-Anne’s Hospital.

I am trying to reach the Department of Social Work at Ste. Anne's Veterans Hospital. After 4 efforts at dialing the number, then pressing 9, saying services sociales" - because the automated system does not accept English at this point... and waiting

This is NOT a hospital. It's a old people's house . They just kept the name . Don't waste your time going there !!!
