Booked an appointment months ago for my almost 3 year old for December. Son got sick I called to bring him in, we were turned down and told to go somewhere else. Turns out he had croup and major breathing issues. During this call we were also told the appointment we had 2 weeks from this day also needs to be cancelled and changed. Got a call 3 weeks later and 3 days before scheduled appointment stating they just found out today and our original December appointment needs to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled until the New Year and that they just found out about it now" which clearly is a lie. Very unprofessional and disappointing staff because I hear better reviews about the doctor. I would not recommend this office at all. Save your time and give your business else where where its appreciated and respected."

We were lucky enough to find Dr. Mackinnon when my 1st was born; he is hands down the best doctor for our kids!Dr. Mackinnon is a kind , gentle, knowledgeable pediatrician that does not push medication unless required. Id recommended him a million times over.The best of the best!

Dr. James McKinnon has been a wonderful pediatrician for both of my kids. He always asks question about their well being and development. The most important thing for me as a Mom is that the Doctor has a philosophy of no drugs or antibiotics unless nessescary. None of my kids have taken any antibiotics or other medice other than ibopruphen under his care. My son is 4 and my daughter is 7 months. Bev at the front desk is kind, professional and very efficient. I have never had a problem with scheduling appointments or communicating with the Doctor. Highly recommend ☺️

Dr MacKinnon is an amazing pediatrician! He's very patient The reception staff have been great and pleasant as well.

An amazing, kind and attentive doctor. We are really lucky to have him as a Peditrician! His office always makes time for us whenever our little one is sick and he is good about not pushing antiobiotics or medication unless absolutely necessary.

Dr. Mackinnon is a great doctor, I had my daughter at 38 weeks ( csection) and Dr. Mackinnon was very thorough and took extra precautions in making sure my baby girl was good. Everything turned out to be fine but knowing he took the extra steps to make sure of that , is what I really appreciate!

Great Doctor! We don't mind the 45min drive just to take our kids with him.He is very kind, compassionate, smart and dedicated, I'm so grateful he is our pediatrician.Bev and Faith are simply wonderful as well.
