Jas was incredibly helpful on the phone, and unlike Lifelabs' mobile service, she was able to offer me a specific day and time for the appointment. She was friendly and professional and the home visit went perfectly. This was so much easier than having to go into a lab or deal with Lifelabs. And the customer service was top notch.
