Valco Consultants Inc
They were hired by my late fathers executors to value the family farm for probate fees. Their appraisal came in at double what it should have been, as they claim the land could hypothetically be developed in the future even though it is currently outside of the urban growth boundary of London. Thankfully we hired a reputable firm as well and had that appraisal to fall back on.

Please believe me, this company's appraisal report is not fair enough to know the actual square footage of the house. If you want a fair and reasonable appraisal price, please don't hire them!
