Service like you will literally not find anywhere else, it’s 10pm on a Friday and we realized our pre approval was too low for a property we wanted to make an offer on. It was pretty urgent since the house had a lot of interest, I send out an email at 10:10pm by 10:15pm I got a call from Michel that it has been taken care of and the higher pre approval was in my email. I seriously couldn’t believe it. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a mortgage, he also very polite and easy to talk to.

He is also super easy to communicate with and he provides detailed information on the steps that need to be taken.
