Excellent place for Entrepreneurs and start ups working in biotechnology and life science. They have good customer services labs, high technologie equipment and nice staff. You can have a lab for your experiments, biological o chemical hood, incubators, acces all the benefits of a high level lab but with an affordable price

It seems like a cheap place to rent labs, but pay attention to the hidden fees that come with each of these provided facilities and sudden rent increases. Management is really poor and it needs to be more responsive to clients instead of hiding behind the staff members when there is a conflict. Alarming amount of turnovers in the staff, therefore, the client service is overall so so.
