Park Place Dental

I love this place. They took my wisdom teeth out in 30 minutes and I had minimal swelling. Everyone that works there is amazing. The amount of care they put into their patients is unmatched. I have always had an intense fear of dentists and this place truly puts me at ease. I’d recommend this location to anyone for all their dental needs.

Always had bad experiences with dentists being a kid and due to that haven’t been in years. Ended up getting an infection due to needing a root canal. The dentist was able to assist with all my worries of being there and it was a super comfortable process. Didn’t even know they were working in my mouth. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Super clean place as well.

This Dental office is great, so this might have been a one off about my visit today.Fist, I had to wait about 45 minutes, which is okay, giving that I work in the medical field myself,and understand the issue of wait time.However, I was not very happy about the treatment.The Dentist, shows no consideration for my pain, or consider numbing the gum. That make the experience today very unpleasant. I find his treatment today rather rough and rushed. I understand the pressure of seeing patients quickly, but a little gentleness can go a long way to make the experience more enjoyable.That being said, I think the staff are wonderful and are doing the best they can.

My experience at Park place dental was great for my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Joo did a great job and my teeth were out before I know it!! Highly recommend it for dental services. 5/5

Today was my daughters first ever dental exam at Park Place Dental, and it was a great experience. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by two polite receptionists. After a very short wait, we were called in by Caroline (Hygenist). She immediately put my daughter at ease with her calm and sweet demeanour. The most impressive part of my daughters visit was that Caroline took the time to show my daughter all the instruments and explained their purpose before using them which made it fun. Thank you for making my family feel comfortable and stress-free, and we look forward to returning!

I left my previous dentist and switched to Park Place Dental in March of this year because I was highly unsatisfied with the service I received. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Lee. He has gone above and beyond my expectations from making sure I’m comfortable to addressing my concerns. He is a perfectionist and I can truly say that I no longer have anxiety over having to go to the dentist, in fact I look forward to it. My teeth are finally being taken care of and quickly too. I’m so grateful for Dr. Lee. In all dentists that I have been to over the decades, I have never had such an amazing experience. Thank you Dr. Lee you’re amazing!!

My son came in today in extreme dental pain. He was treated kindly and with compassion. The hygienist showed care and empathy towards him.He required a root canal, which they were so kind to rearrange their schedule to have his treatment right away.He is currently comfortable and relaxed while watching TV as they ensure he is pain free while performing his treatment!I can not thank themEnough for their compassion and understanding of his needs.

I had an amazing experience with Park Place Dental. I was able to make an appointment quick to repair a chipped tooth and everything went smoothly. Office is really clean, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The dental work too was as comfortable as you could ask for and the result was great. Billing through my insurance again was no problem. Excellent dental clinic.
