Budget Tire

Prices are alright but i have had tires installed and balanced twice here and always end up with a shimmey/vibration. The first time the guy blamed it on the wheels although i had no vibration before his balancing job. The second time i had to take my car to another garage to have the wheels rebalanced properly.

When getting used tires you always run the risk of finding tires that have defects.i got 4 winter tires and 2 of them have leaks and need to be filled daily. When I texted him, calling didn't work, he said it was repairable. That was almost a week ago and I have not heard since despite attempts to reach out. I am now getting someone else to fix the tires that I was sold. The service was poor and the product was just as bad. Save your time and money and find someone else to do your tires.

Always a great price on quality tires! Will go the extra mile every time. Richard, the owner, has always been forthright, honest, and friendly! Definitely the first place I go to for tires for both my vehicles.

In March my son thought he had a slow leak from a valve stem on a tire. Stupid me I took the car in for him without looking over first. Son says the young guy wripped off the stem" to make sure there was gonna be a leak. He inspected it to make sure there was no leaks or wholes before i brought it in. CASH ONLY for a reason. Too late hes back in Ottawa with the car"

They never get back to you iv been trying to get tires for 2weeks but no one got back to me

Terrible work and even worse customer service. This place is as shady as it looks.Two of the four tires I bought from these guys had slow leaks when they were installed. I took the tires back to have them fixed as soon as I noticed the leaks two weeks after installation.Two weeks later, after the tires were fixed"

Long overdue on this we had our tires changed back mid November. Came in with no appointment took us in right away. Quick efficient and great value. Will continue to use the Tire guyz for any tire issue. thanks again!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would...A couple weeks ago I got 4 tires from here. Since then I have had to replace two of them again. The tire guyz/budget tires is a rip off. I'd reccomend just paying the extra $ and getting a decent product and customer service.

Top notch work and service. Very straight forward , they tell you whats going on and the cost , nothing hidden. Great for emergancies as well . I got a flat on my dump trailer and didn't realize till I got home. Didn't have a Jack big enough to get the tire off called Richard he said don't worry it'll be taken care of, 8 at night he was fixing the tire on my trailer in my driveway so I was able to go to work in the morning. You don't find that from other shops. They have worked on all my cars and trucks, tires, brakes, power steering failure. These guys do it all and they do it properly. Quality old school service you just can't find anywhere else these days I highly recommend.
