I can’t believe the progress in both strength and technique I have made in 3 months, the one-on-one coaching is first class. As an absolute beginner, I have been received nothing but patience and encouragement through the whole training process. A welcoming gym with very knowledgeable coaches. I highly recommend this gym to anyone regardless of age or skill level!

Very knowledgeable and helps motivate me

I have been working with the coaches at Grab the Bar Athletics for a year now. I have seen very positive results from their program. I feel stronger now at 40 then at any point in my life. I can say for a fact that in all my years going to other gyms I've never made progress like at Grab the Bar Athletics. The coaches are very knowledgeable, they teach the safe and proper way to lift. The back pain I've had for most of my adult life is gone. I attribute this to the personal coaching they provide ensuring that every lift is done correctly. They are very encouraging they helped me reach my goals and helped me lift weight I never thought I could.
