Royal Appliance Repair
Patrick, from Royal Appliance Repair was sent by Whirlpool to give a second opinion on a warranty repair. The original repair, (not by Royal Appliance), was shoddy at best and that technician ultimately reported that our 4yr old Kitchen-Aid fridge was unrepairable. Patrick not only identified a sub-standard repair job by the previous company, he diagnosed the problem & Whirlpool sent replacement parts. Patrick & Justin completed the re-repair and the fridge is working like new! This should tell you more than enough about the honesty and integrity of Royal Appliance & Patrick, very highly recommended!

They were very professional. Patrick called me to let me know an estimated time of arrival and also texted me when he was 10 minutes away, which was very helpful because then I could still go about my day and be home in time. They were very friendly and fixed my dishwasher so fast!! I’d definitely recommend them!!

My 2 year old fridge stopped making ice so I called the manufacturer and they said I was out of their service area so they couldn't help. I found royal appliance repair online and they had me scheduled in next day. The tech came out on time and found it was a simple issue caused by a power surge. He diagnosed and fixed the icemaker in no time. I was charged a very reasonable fee especially considering I live very far out in the country. I will not hesitate to call royal appliance repair again in the future.

Royal Appliance Repair
They were amazing! New Washer was minor, but they were very helpful with some pointers.We had been waiting a long time for a company that was to stack our washer and dryer and got nothing but delays. But when Royal Appliance came in to repair the washer, they stacked our washer and dryer; and there charge for this was very reasonable :) Very happy I can now get things organized in my laundry room! Thanks guys!

We used this company through warranty work through Maytag. Was rude disrespectful to my wife. Took forever to get machine fixed. When questioned by the online service department was rude to people on the phone. Had to break good parts to replace other parts that needed to be replaced. Very unprofessional never will I use this company again.

Our oven recently malfunctioned mid self clean and locked shut and would not open. We called Royal Appliance and not only did they come very quickly but whilst they were there they diagnosed our washer in which we were also waiting for a part which the other repair guy said he would have to order in and it could take 2 weeks. By the end of the day Royal Appliance had both our oven and washer running 100%.Royal Appliance are the ONLY guys I will call in the future. There are a lot of crooks out there. Don't waste your time with anyone else.I am 100% satisfied with their work.

I cannot say enough good about this company! In a serious time crunch and they squeezed me in asap and were extremely helpful and very well priced, super affordable! The lady that manages the office is a rockstar as well! They now how clients for life!! Highly, highly recommend
