I had extreme trauma from my childhood dentist and the minute I arrived at Edward St Dental it felt safe . Jody at front desk is a treasure and Dr Firas was so professional and accommodating to my nervousness. He checked in several times during the procedure to make sure I was ok, and kept telling me I was in control of any breaks or pauses I may need. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of EXCELLENT. Dental care

Going to the dentist is never fun but Edward Street Dental makes it far more enjoyable than most dental offices. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The hygienists do a fantastic job and get it done quickly. Dr. Firas is very thorough and always friendly during check ups.

Amazing dental office, outstanding staff and incredible work!

Dentist is great but support staff are not. The receptionist recently sent me an invoice from 7 months ago. There was no greeting, no note, no explanation. I contacted the office and was told my insurance did not pay for this service. After 4-5 calls back and forth with my insurance co and the office I learned that it was paid for back in March. The receptionist did not apologize for her error and wasting my time, in fact, she gave me attitude - very unprofessional! The dental hygienist told me I had to had my blood pressure taken before I got any work done. She was not aware that plus sized people need a large cuff or you get a false reading. I had to go to my doctor to find this out. This is something she should have known! I will find an office that does not put me out in these ways.
