I called before I went in with my Dads glasses to be repaired I was told to come in. I handed them the glasses that needed a nose pad and a screw to hold the lens in place. They repaired them on the spot by cleaning and replacing two nose pads and a new screw. I asked how much the charge was and she told me that there was no charge. I have never been in the store before and for them to treat me like that I would definitely recommend this store for all your eye glasses needs. Great to see that customer service still exists. Big Thank You to you all.

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Sarim at Kanda optical, and I couldn't be happier.
