Avoid this place. Do not order the chicken curry. It was 98% onions and 2% chicken. And the chicken is so tiny thats it not even a chunk. I've never seen anything like this before and I have had thousands of curries all over the world. Worst curry ever. I told them to take it back. They returned minutes later with what was meant to be more chicken but it was the exact same thing. There was still TONS of onions I picked out what few bits of chicken were in it and left the rest as it was ALL onion. They do this because it's cheaper. I told them that is not a chicken curry. It's an onion curry and thats not even on the menu. Go somewhere else like Curry Village. Trust me on this. The person who came to the table barely spoke any english. See picture i've attached with this for proof. All of that which you see is ONION and pepper. No chicken.

Yiiikes. Green curry tasted like it was poured from a low budget, pre-made jar they bought on clearance at No Frills. It also had an unsettling thick texture like cornstarch was added.The Pad Thai was straight up not Pad Thai. It was a package of boiled rice noodles sprinkled with what tasted like a tablespoon of soy sauce for some semblance of colour. There were no bean sprouts, no tofu, no peanuts, no cilantro, no lime, no eggs, no fish sauce, no palm sugar, no tamarind and practically no chicken.Chef, whoever you are - I love you and there’s no hard feelings here, but my guy… what is you doin???

Very generous host and very friendly countryside restaurant. Food was good. Very cozy ambient . Will come back during summer when I visit Peterborough

Had the seafood stir fry and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and properly cooked, the fish was tender and tasty. The rice was delicious. The masala was full of flavour. The music was even relaxing. I would highly recommend this restaurant, we'll definitely be going back.

Ordered from Ubereats- delivery was fine speed wise but didn't follow arrival instructions. Ordered Chicken Curry, no onions or peppers( listed in the ingredients) and also asked for mild. It didn't even look like curry, loaded with onion and peppers and also very hot. When I called the restaurant back I was told that they don't put onion or peppers in and that the rice is not included - who ever I talked to didn't even know his own menu, kept making excuses. I will never order or go in this establishment again, just wish I could email them directly and show them the pictures. Sorry about venting but I really hate liers, poor customer service and no apologies.

Wouldn't even give it one star if I could. Horrible food. Ordered shrimp Thai noodles and they were canned salad shrimp. No peanuts, cilantro, just tasted like boiled soggy noodles with some peanut sauce on top. Horrible. Vegetable curry was all carrots and didn't even taste like curry. Worst meals ever. Also we were overcharged. When we went to pay it seemed higher than what we thought it would be. The man said that they have to add an extra dollar on everything on the menu. He didn't tell us that at the start. Wouldn't give us a breakdown and we refused to pay the extra money. Just seemed to us like he was trying to rip us off. Would never go there again.

The customer service is not the best. The owner is just some average Indian male that is strict looking, not that smiley, & is not the best with customer service but he is very proud of his establishment.The great part about Village of Thai was the food was very good. I had the Singaporean noodles today & it was very good (9/10). Even if the customer service is not the best, at least the food was great. That's all I can say.

Ordered through skip the dishes as didn’t want to do a pick up so tried this place for a change.One dish was all over the bag because clearly the time was not made to properly close the container. The other two were barely on. Didn’t get our spring rolls. Beef sauté was tough and peanut sauce was watery. Horrible Won’t order from here again Called about spilled dish. And missing item. Oh next time we order we can call and ask them to get an order of spring rolls added. Ridiculously bad service. And poor food quality.Go to cosmic Charlie’s. Best Thai in town and worth the inconvenience of pick up.

I love the Food here!My favourite dish here is Chang Mai with Chicken... it is the most flavorful dish I have ever eaten.Portions are huge... 1 portion is enough for 2 people. ..However, its so good the next day I always order 2 !Deliciousness
