We put our faith and trust in John, and he most certainly did not disappoint. John accommodated our long distance by being very punctual and available. On some occasions, when we could not visit Ottawa, John would view and video homes on our behalf. John was extremely patient and made time for us on all occasions. A quick note to say that I have been very happy with Mitch MacKenzie from New Purveyors who handled the recent sale of my condominium unit. He helped me set a reasonable price based on market conditions and even more helped me understand the legalities of having a tenanted unit when selling. He also took on all discussions with the tenant and kept him informed of developments up to serving him with the N12 - End of Tenancy documentation.A good word also for his assistant, Karlie Malone, who handled all the paperwork very efficiently.

We had a great experience with John at New Purveyors who helped us to secure a new rental in downtown Ottawa. Having worked with the team in the past, they are our first choice when it comes to real estate. John was able to line up same day showings to see new properties and also provided a print out of the layout details and specs which was extremely helpful. He was able to get all questions and concerns we brought forward handled before our set move in date. He and the team also took the time to follow up afterwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I am sending a shout out to Mitch MacKenzie - and also Karlie at the rest of his team whom we did not meet - of New Purveyors (ReMax Hallmark Realty Brokers) in Ottawa. We came at this Ottawan realty idea as community outsiders (from Mississauga); Mitch was great showing us around and lasering in on our Want List requirements. The result is entirely satisfactory for us, but that’s the place. Here I am recommending the face of the business, Mitch himself, for stick-handling so much of the process… house hunting, agreement drafting, administration towards closing, keeping us in the loop, and more importantly his after-sales service, showing us around the neighbourhood and tying up loose ends. I do not mean to establish too high a bar for the poor fellow, but there really was nothing else we expected or needed from Mitch. Excellent work, with gratitude, Mitch….but also thanks to your support team about whose contributions we cannot be fully aware. Thank you!

John Haddad went above and beyond to assist me with finding a property. I was working within incredibly tight timelines, and he was so accommodating -kindly working overtime and always making himself available to answer my questions. The team is truly incredible. When John had to leave town, he continued to make sure I was looked after, setting up viewings and arranging for his amazing teammates to meet me there and show me around in his absence. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience! They helped me find my dream space!
