Dear Brie Blue,This is something that we take quite seriously. Safety is and always has been our #1 priority. Yes, you called in the Ministry of Labour and Yes, they came out to investigate the situation. There was absolutely NO infractions and no fine. We completed the job with great satisfaction to the customer and the ministry. We appreciate your concern and we will continue to practice safety within our company.

Works unsafe multiple times, doesn’t mark off area with pylons or caution tape when cutting down trees or using a chipper. Ministry of Labor has intervened, would suggest you find someone else to do your work for you. Carelessness for safety puts children and adults at risk as they walked through the work area and a tree fell and almost hit them.I can’t reply to the response Kings wrote back to me in a form of a review of themselves, but I can say in my opinion that they do not make safety a priority, the owner of the company argued with me and refused to put out pylons to mark off the area. I witnessed multiple children walk through the area the trees were being cut and branches were falling within a few feet of them, how is that safe? His employee left the chipper machine unattended and it was accessible to anyone.He cut down another tree that fell into the neighbouring lot (the wrong direction he wanted it to fall) it almost hit a car that was parked there. He admitted his mistake to us and apologized, if safety was a priority this wouldn’t of never happened because he would of marked and cleared the area around the tree.I am taking the time to write this because I truly believe this company is dangerous.
