Exceptional trainer. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Our high energy, strong pup was out of control, making it difficult to enjoy outings. Linda had him listening to her within minutes, and then taught me how to do the same. It’s no exaggeration to say that it changed our lives for the better.

Sent my 7 month old puppy to linda for training after talking with a few people who highly recommended it. When going to pick up the dog after training I was very impressed with the amount of training linda was able to accomplish. After getting the dog back it has been much easier to work on more difficult skills and I never have to worry about having the dog off leash. Best money I have ever spent.

I see a couple of 1 star reviews on Someday Retrievers. There are always those few people out there that, no matter what you do, they will try to bring you down. Screw them. I have bought 2 family/hunting dogs, from Linda. My next dog will be purchased from her as well. I'm from Alberta. I drove 10hrs to get these dogs. Do your own research a d find out for yourself how professional they are.

I was at home with a premature baby and a 7 month old lab. He was constantly jumping up on the counters, getting into everything, going up and down the stairs all the time etc. I had been planning to train him more and then my baby came early. I contacted Linda a few months ago and brought her my pup the next day. It was so hard to leave him, but Linda made me feel at ease. The dogs spend so much time playing together and then have training sessions almost every day (I believe they take days off on weekends for training). My husband and I went a few times to do training sessions with Linda and were blown away by the progress our dog had made in just a short week. He stayed there for almost three weeks and I came home with a new dog. He learned indoor manners, walks like a dream, and is still as sweet as can be. Just so people are aware, Someday Retrievers does use e-collars as a training method, so if that isn't your thing, you might want to seek other training facilities. I would absolutely recommend SR for training and boarding your pets. If you manage to get on their waitlist for puppies, you'll be very lucky as well.

I’d like to give a big thank you to Linda and Carly at Someday Retrievers. We took our 10 month old Springador (Maddy) in to Board & Train. Maddy had exceptional results. We brought her home after 9 days and she is a completely new dog! The difference in her obedience is night and day from when we dropped her off. We joined Maddy at Someday Retrievers for 3 training sessions. We could tell Maddy was really enjoying her time there. I really appreciated Linda’s honesty and integrity. When we asked Linda if she felt that Maddy required further training she truthfully let us know that Maddy was exactly where she needed to be and that we could save money by continuing to work with Maddy from home. My partner and I spent months researching and trying different training methods. Linda and Carly had Maddy fully trained within a week. They did in one week what we spent months trying to do from home. Our only regret is waiting so long to take Maddy in for training! This is hands down the best investment we have ever made. I would highly recommend Linda and her team at Someday Retrievers.

I highly recommend Linda and Someday Retrievers Dog Training Academy! Our 11 month old rescue puppy stayed there for a week and it changed our lives! Our dog no longer pulls on the leash when out for walks, she heels off leash, she “leaves it” when asked, her recall is excellent and she is just generally more obedient. These are all things I didn’t think would be possible. Linda trained both us and our dog and it has drastically improved our relationship with our fur baby.

Love, love, love this place. Our puppy, Cody (6 months old) received training from someday retrievers (Nicky) and the results are amazing.Not only did Nicky exceed my expectations of training but made sure I as the owner had all the necessary tools to move forward in continuing training with Cody. We continue to use SomedayRetrievers for their daycare service as well as boarding. Someday Retrievers facility is always clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Cody loves this place!!!! If you are looking for a training facility, this is it! I highly recommend using Someday Retrievers (Nicky). This place loves and cares for dogs and it shows!Deita & Randy

I have had two wonderful Labs from Someday Retrievers. Both were very intelligent, healthy and great family pets. I would only get a Lab from this kennel as nothing compares to the loving, wonderful dogs that are bred here. I have also had my dogs kennelled in their facility and trained. They came back as dogs that my friends and family love to be around. Thank you Linda and staff who love and care for each and every dog.

5 stars still isn't enough for Someday retrievers. She is an incredible trainer,. Our first addition to the family was Piper, a yellow lab, hands down she is the best. Bart, a black lab we added a couple years after Piper has blended perfectly into the family, I literally couldn't ask for better dogs. Someday retrievers is worth every $$$. Her dogs are incredibly trained, we are currently considering a third lab.

We purchased our Lab from Linda, and he was trained for hunting. He was by far the nicest dog, and smartest hunting dog! She is very knowledgable when it comes to blood lines, and really easy to work with! I highly recommend Linda and her staff!
