Guy on the phone was short tempered. Trying to figure out a time and date that would work for them and be convenient for us and got attitude within 60 seconds of being on the phone. Won't call here again!

This place is amazing. I haven't needed their services for a long time, but always remembered how fair they are . If it ain't broke, they don't fix it. This visit I had a very minor issue that sounded like a major repair. To my relief, a little tightening and I'm on my way.I definitely recommend this place for fair and honest service. Will definitely be back when my aging car needs servicing. Thanks Doug!

Doug was absolutely amazing. He was able to get me in within the hour, welded the new piece in my exhaust with no issues. We will defiantly be back and would recommend Budget Brake & Muffler to anyone needing good quality work at very reasonable prices.. Thanks for your help Doug!

They provide honest customer service and are always welcoming.If anyone asks us for a reputable mechanic for years we’ve sent them to Doug.We’ve had so many positive experiences with the guys at Budget Kamloops; too many to list quite honestly. Not a single complaint.

Called 5 shops around town trying to see who could help remove some stripped wheel locks. Budget asked me to swing by and got to me in between appointments. Doug, the owner, was accommodating and pleasant and the shop was able to remove the stuck lugs. 5/5 would recommend and will be coming back for other mechanical. Thanks again!

Such great service! I was referred here by Sun Country Toyota because my muffler was broken and I thought I needed it replaced but they just did a repair and it saved me hundreds of dollars. As a student, I really appreciated the hounesty of what could be done for me that would be the most affordable option rather than taking advantage of a girl who knows little about cars! Definitely will be returning for future repairs.

The exhaust on our campervan had come loose while traveling, and even though it was near closing time when we arrived, we were immediately helped. While the boys were fixing the exhaust, the friendly owner Doug gave us some tips for our next camping site. The work was done quickly and for a very good price. Can definitely recommend this place! White Lake was nice by the way

Muffler rusted through and needed replacing. Called at 8, brought the van in at 9, drove it away at noon. Doug's quite a character- generous and kind to be sure. It was good talking to him as his staff worked. 10/10 would highly recommend
