Canadian Tire Gas+

I came off highway 400 in the rain with windshield wipers that were not working. I was greeted in Parts and Service with a friendly supervisor. Mitchell put me at ease and quickly had the crew in the garage working on the problem. Stephan headed up the repairs and with input from several coworkers had me back on the highway in no time. Everyone in the Service Department was friendly, productive, and hard working. Time was taken to explain to me what the problem was, as well as the solution. I am so grateful for their knowledge and commitment to providing excellent service. Thank you to the team working in Parts and Service at Canadian Tire for saving my day!

Took my car in for Serpentine belt change. the guy at service desk said it will takes 30-45 minutes. I left the car there, I told him it is okay can done sometime next week, so that was my mistaken. They sit on it for 3 weeks and said they are too busy. After I called numerous times and they said my belt tensioner defective and air compressor ceased, so I ordered parts and drop off and wait and wait almost 3 weeks later still has not done. So yesterday, I went to pick then the cashier said no one left here to ask the worked has been done on it, so he said car is done. After I paid for and went to my car all my parts still in the boxes. So I went back and I demand refund worked has not done, they only changed my belt tensioner and belt the rest nothing done and charge me 1.5 hours for replaced their worked this is a ripped off. the Cashier at Auto service desk said call the service manager tomorrow. This is the worst place I have bring my car in for service.This is my first and last time here so anyone better see the rating online 4 stars is a fake, I have few people told me the same things happened to them.

With these gas prices, it is good to know Canadian tire is doing its best to be as affordable as it can. I enjoy the many offers that saves money at the pumps

I write this review as I am trapped in the car wash lineup. It’s been 45 mins and there is still one car ahead of me. Do yourself a favour and never get your car washed here. Maybe a sign that says “from this spot (50 ft from the entrance): 1 hour wait”

Clean. Many ways to enter and many ways to exit, unlike the corner gas stations. Never a lineup. Ethanol-free premium and 5% ethanol medium grade gas. Offers touchless car wash.

Worst car wash ever. The management here has so much attitude. And they close the car wash at 9:30! When the gas station closes at 10pm. And the products they use in the car wash are very bad for vehicles!! Sometimes they don’t even refill the products in the car wash, therefore no soap even comes out during the wash! Don’t waste your money here! Go to shell instead they have a very good car wash!!!!

Great place. An employee called Pradeep is pleasant to deal with. Clean but not well stocked. Seen some expired products on display for sale. I told the employee. He took them off shelves but on my next visit I saw them out for sale again.Time to call Simcoe Health?

This location has one of the newer/better touch-less car washes. It also doesn’t get as busy as some other locations which is nice.The staff here is very friendly and helpful as well!

Cant refund a car wash, forced to wait 30 minutes through lineup of 8 cars. Terrible customer service about trying to just simply avoid the hassle and refund, the machine is super slow, sorry I don't have 30 minutes to get a quick car wash. Not impressed.

Very bad experience with the staffMy card didn’t worked at car wash and I went in for the help and she even didn’t know anything. She said it was expired and even though I took it before 10 days.When I said it’s not expired and not working help me out. She said go and try again and again.Very bad experience with the staff. Didn’t even know how to talk.
