Hilltop Medical Walk-in Clinic

When I went to my appointment with Dr Griffiths I felt cared for and listened to, very informative. My only minor issue with the clinic is that I often receive a somewhat cold interaction with the receptionists on the phone, not very personable which can be a bit off setting but I understand there is likely a very high volume of calls.

The reception lady is very nice and patient to explain things for new walk in patients. The doctor is great! I have been suffering with a cough for two weeks and my pg is on vacation. The doctor from this clinic took my case seriously and gave me prescriptions that I needed. Thank you!

This clinic took a rapid decline years ago when it moved to its new location under new management. There are a few decent doctors, most are rude, incompetent and don’t bother booking a phone appointment, they consistently fake the callback.

Reading some of the reviews here, wow. I called new year eves at 930am. The lady I talked to was super friendly. Said they could get me in at 11:15. I waited about an hour to see the dr. Which is fine since it was nye, and they had space for me.The nurse that's assists the doctor was super friendly as well, helped bandage up my arm etc.Before you leave a bad review think about how hard drs/nurses and the receptionist work. Imagine people saying these things to their faces, and them having to go on and help someone after that. Show more respect for the people on the front lines trying to help you.

Very very very positive experience from the receptionist to the attending dr. Dr.Brockton to Mellisa the nurse. All staff were extremely kind and caring. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had the pure pleasure of being in the care of Dr. Arjun Odedra today at the Hilltop Medical Clinic.He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in clear, concise and thorough ways.He spent just the right amount of time with me and really listened when I asked questions - he was very present and sincere.Dr. Odedra offered up specific details of where I am at, did a thorough, thoughtful exam and a broad picture of where I should be at in about 6 weeks, if all goes according to plan and is in sync with the xray results.The bottom line is that I trusted and respected this Doctor very much! Not only is he competent but very kind and truly cares!P.S. A shout out to Stacy - a clinic employee (role?) who was equally pleasant and very sweet!

I have had the absolute misfortune of having to deal with an Incredibly incompetent, rude and downright unprofessional worker: one in particular; Victoria who works for Dr. Bari (who takes wonderful care of my grandparents zero complaints) me and my son who is barely 2 months have been since he was born sending paper work to become patients of Dr Bari. The very first 2x they lost" my paper work and my sons

The idea that one must begin lining up at 8am at the walk-in (they open at 9am) in order to see a doctor, and to be told at 9:06 that they are already booked up for 2 days is ludicrous. Phone lines didn't turn on until then either. It is frustrating at the best of times, but far beyond that when you are sick.

I went to the clinic at 8:20am, the sign says it opens at 9am. When I walked in, the waiting room was already full and I was told I probably wouldn't get in to see a doctor today.I'm just curious, how early do I need to arrive? How can all the slots be full for the day before opening? In all, it was very disheartening.

Came in at 8am where the receptionist said I could see a doctor at 2:15 which was fine I was just wanting to get a rapid strep test done since I get strep throat every year around this time and the test always comes back positive. I waited about 30 minutes for him only for him to come in and look me over for maybe 5 minutes. Where he decided that I was just sick with a viral infection and didn’t even administer a swab test. So I went somewhere else to get it done. Did the rapid test and what do you know? It’s positive. Yah don’t come here. The receptionist was nice. Not a great doctor.
