A serious storm in September blew several trees down at my cottage near Southampton. I was far from alone so Fawcett Tree Removal and other tree-removal companies were swamped with work. Despite that, Mike Fawcett responded quickly and expertly. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

I have used Fawcett Tree Removal on several occasions to remove dead, dying and storm damaged trees. They have been excellent to work with. Very efficient, quick to respond, especially when damaged trees have posed a fall hazard and very fair with regards to cost. No surprises and no disappointments.The removal crews are professional and obviously well trained.I would not hesitate to use Fawcett tree removal in the future if the need arose.

During my 2 day search for tree removal service I encountered an extreme rude and unprofessional receptionist. In my opinion their first impression presented was condescending, arrogant and demeaning. I understand she was upset we chose the other company because they were $500 cheaper. She accused me of wrongfully getting quotes and using them as leverage for the other company. I chose the other company for their price and they came back to me with a date within one hour of me calling. Fawcett received a call from me immediately, so within an hour of my request to them for a time slot. I really enjoyed my experience with the other company, professional, timely and the job was done and paid for as discussed. No hassle, unlike my experience with Fawcett.My response to you is, I never accepted your quote. You were rude and I had to respond to your emails because you needed to know your customer experience was terrible. People in the community need to know how terribly you treated me. I want to tell you how impressed I was with Fawcett! Right from the initial enquiry, they were professional and stayed in contact with every email I sent. On the day of the removal of 2 ash trees on our shore line, they did a stellar job, they cleaned up, the ground wasn't torn up, they never stopped working. The workers and equipment were top notch - everything was professional and there were no surprises. I so much appreciate that! I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. What a refreshing relief to have friendly, competent, reliable people on a job. Thank you!
