I drive to the drive-thru everyday and every day they can never get the order right it is ridiculous if the people inside cannot do their job properly than they shouldn't be doing it there's no excuse

Went through the drive-thru. Intercom wasn't working. Was told to come inside to order. Go inside and wait 15 minutes while they serve those ahead of me and reboot the system that controls the intercom. Now they are serving all of those going through the drive-thru. I asked WHY I was told to come inside to order and was told that they had to reboot the system and that takes 2 minutes..... So instead of waiting 2 minutes for the reboot I ended up waiting 15 to be served....

Ordered new chicken salad bowl. Came with no chicken. Store was very dirty with every table unclean. Sad to see a Canadian icon and place of community poorly run.

My best friend and I went through this Tim Hortons the other day in the drive thru, and the employee at the drive thru completely cut her off when placing her order. She wouldn’t let her finish a sentence before double checking her order. My friend was not happy, and neither was I. I understand they double check the orders before completing, but please let the customer finish speaking before doing so. Was also waiting what felt like an eternity in the lineup. Not impressed.

Absolutely pathetic, nobody speaks English in this establishment and It’s filthy inside. Good thing wendys does breakfast now, it’s ten times better than trying to order in this dump

Went through the drive thru and asked if I could get a tin of coffee for my coffee maker and was told they do not have them and only have k-cups. However when I pulled out of the drive-thru, I looked through the window and saw a display rack full of coffee tins and bags. Ended up having to go inside to purchase a tin when I didn't have to.I don't appreciate being lied to just to the staff didn't have to walk the distance to go get it. Poor customer service.

Probably one of the worst Tim's I've ever had the misfortune of getting a coffee from. The coffee is HOT. And BURNT. Every single day without fail. I keep going because I love my morning coffee from Tim's but I might have to start going without. I don't understand how you can burn every pot of coffee ..
