This experience was almost a waste of time and cost.It cost me $70 for a partial interior vacuum, (much of it was missed), and a partial interior wipe down. The dashboard was still dusty, the trunk was not done, they left their dirty wet towels on the car floor.The initial person that was finding out what service I wanted kept trying to get me to take the full packages and I had to keep saying I just want and interior vacuum and clean (the $70 package). After the fourth time of being redirected to the full package I started to wonder what was going on.They were pretty quick, but when you only do part of the job it will be.I will never go to Bubbles again. Not worth the time or the money.

I love coming to this location! The staff are always pleasant and professional. They take great care of my vehicle and if something is not right they do their best to make it right!I want to give a shout out to Adel who is always a gentleman and very professional!! He takes pride in what he is doing and it shows!Keep up the great work Adel, and thank you!

We had an engine detail done for $120 and we had to ask them to go over it again. The guy who welcomed us was very pushy and even followed me into the waiting area while I was making a coffee to try and get us to have more services. The car wash itself was $30.95 and we could have done better ourselves.

The bear advertisements, must be breaking them. They over charge on the spot if they can. Basic clean was 100 when usually they are 60-70. They also complain about the customers that challenge their extreme price range. It is their judgment for price. Bring it when you know it's worth paying full price on your own judgment.Didn't clean cup holders or center counsel, then the sales lady said they have to charge more for detailing to wipe coffee off the pillar. Told me it wouldn't come off without a deep scrub. Needless to say I took their cloth and wiped it down myself. Came right off

Bubbles use to be such a good reputable place to bring your vehicle. I was quoted around 70.00 to do a Ford truck for vacuum , wipe down interior and outside wash. When you show up it’s a different story. The sales guy is pushy and works off commission. It went from 70.00 to 120.00 real quick. Unless your vehicle is basically new where they barely have to clean you might get a less rate. I can see why you can just drive up with no wait. The place is empty with no customers. Better places out there to get your car done. I wouldn’t waste your time going here.

High pressure sales. $132 to wash and then do a terrible vacuuming job and “dry wipe” the interior. Greasy high pressure sales guy. I just want a car wash, I felt like I was buying a time-share from a desperate man. The sales guys are in commission and it shows.The two guys at the end of the process were super friendly and polite. The bathroom was clean. Why screw it up with terrible work and the greasy sales tactics?

They were all so amazing and helpful at this location, everyone was so friendly and I felt really taken care of, if you want to do your car a service this is where it should be!

Was just talking with my husband about going to Bubbles today and he informed me about the terrible service he received this past Saturday from the St.Albert location. When going there to have his dually truck washed they gave him a price of 100$ because it was dirty. When asking to speak to the manager he was told “ you should’ve taken the price he gave you, because I would’ve charged you more” what kind of response is that from someone who is suppose to managing a business. Good luck

The team at the St. Albert Bubbles did an exceptional job with cleaning my vehicle inside and out. They took the time to clean all the nooks and opened a back window that I didn't even know could open and cleaned it. I would highly recommend this location for a sparkling clean vehicle!
