It's a long process just to talk to a representative.But the main reason why I'm not happy about honda finance is if you mention the word uber" you'll get disqualified for a new vehicle. That's even if I have a well payed full time job and only doing uber part time.I have a perfect record as of payment

They never answer the phone, as if no one works there. On hold 3 occasions for 40 min. Called during regular hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.OH... not to mention, during my car lease, my vehicle was stolen.. the police and honda would not doing anything.. So eventually I took action and actually found my car. No damage to car, and i still made my payments as usual while looking for vehicle. After i returned the lease ON TIME, they put a REPO status on my credit. Which now has caused many problems for me.

Worst customer service and their vehicles isn't the quality and reliability you would expect. Not to mention a Honda civic is really boring, from the interior to the performance i'm not impressed. I would not repurchase another Honda. I purchased both new and used and especially for the price I would much rather go for German or American vehicles.

Poor quality service, Honda Finance was suppose to call me back in 5 to 10 business days to resolve an issue and it is been over 3 months maybe I miss heard the agent and he said 5 to 10 months. Call them multiple times same bull$hit answer every time. Avoid Honda at all cost.

The worst customer service ever. Mme FATOU was being very disrespectful when I was talking. She was talking over me every time. I can't wait for my car to be paid in May 2019 so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Horrible experience with Honda Finance. I provided on April 1st all my documents (including a void cheque) when I took my new car and until now my account has not been updated, and they keep calling me why I have not paid, when they have all my information to debit my account. This will be the last time I renew a lease with Honda.
