I hired this company to serve legal documents, which also requires an affidavit signed to be valid in court.This company served the parties, and then mailed the documents and affidavits. When attending court, there was a dispute by the other party regarding the service of documents, and the judge confirmed that the affidavits were missing signatures, so the service was not valid, and the matter was adjourned for 3 months. I wasted 3-4 hours at court, and missed a half day of work.I contacted the agent Andrea that I was dealing with, who confirmed that the affidavit's were not done correctly. I then asked for a refund to which she replied Hello - we do apologize for the inconvenience
