Honestly the best customer service experience I've had purchasing a car!!! Dan Cowan helped me through the process of assessing my vehicle and provided a very reasonable trade-in value that wasn't matched anywhere else. He secured the best rate on financing my dream car. All the paperwork was ready for me and it took less than 15 minutes to drive away in my dream car! No pushy sales tactics and honest opinions given about the vehicles I was looking at. I think mine was a special case and based on that I gave a higher rating than my experience here warrants but I ended up getting something decent for my trade-in and the salespeople were all very nice. Biggest problem is if someone is being trained then they should be accompanied by the supervisor for the delivery so that could be smooth because my experience was far from that. I had a lot of back and forth with this group and at least one thing I was hoping for didn't happen which still bothers me because my trade in had the service but I didn't get it on my incoming trade. Otherwise they are decent people to deal with. My beautiful Honda CRV is sitting on their lot, if you buy her, take care of her, she's a great car!

Everyone and anyone who needs a vehicle has to go see Mike at RightRide. This was my first experience with the company and I was more than impressed. Do not even contact these guys. They check your credit without even asking you. And they don’t even get you approve. Be carefull from these guys. They gave me 3 hits on my credit.
