I just tried your cranberry almond bark...that was amazing.

Dear Chocolate Signatures,Your reply of April 26, 2019, in response to my review and complaint of April 18, was pathetic. You stated that the bags of chocolate which you sold to myself and others, contained chocolate which is susceptible to blooming and which had in fact had bloomed. You should have had signage at the sales table, stating that you were selling BLOOMED CHOCOLATE i.e. cocoa butter has separated and crystallized i.e. the chocolate is unappetizing to look at. The only signage you had at the table stated that there were no returns for chocolate. You have a great marketing team to come up with this bloomed chocolate explanation. Your company is not transparent.I definitely will share my experiences with your company and your inferior product.I purchased Signature chocolates at Dufflet outlet on Thurs April 18 2019. The peppermint filled chocolates were wrapped individually in cellophane as well as being bagged in cellophane bags. On Easter Sunday in front of my guests I discovered that the chocolates were turning white. Obviously OLD EXPIRED CHOCOLATES. No wonder the outlet sign says NO returns on chocolates". TERRIBLE !!!"
