Ordered 4 bowls - all were put in a flimsy paper bag. Bag ripped, dumping half the bowls onto the ground.

Watery peanut butter and overcooked rice noodles....yuck. After watching this be prepared, I was a little amazed they call this healthy". The throw hot soaking wet over cooked noodles and "peanut sauce" in a plastic bag for mixing (thanks for that extra dose of BPA!)

Confusing menu. Ordered a salad came back with unrecognizable chicken scraps and wilted lettuces... 13 dollars. Overpriced for what you're getting. Low quality ingredients, small portions.

Don’t think I've ever met cheaper staff in my life. I got a teriyaki twist bowl and couldn't even get an extra scoop of sauce without them asking for money. Don’t know how 1 extra scoop affects their bottom line but the unprofessionalism and stinginess is not going to make me return.A piece of advice - a happy customer is a returning customer which generates more money. They're obviously not making enough sales because the staff is poorly trained on customer service.

The salads are great - fresh and very tasty! Highly recommended. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for what you get. I have only tried their salads so I can't comment on their other menu items, but I suspect they are just as good.

Revised from 5 months ago. After being encouraged to try it again, I've been 3 times and in two cases they had enough ingredients. The third time, the avocado wasn't ripe. They told me this in advance and offered me a free drink. So, I'm improving my rating from a 2 to a 4. Here's my original review: the food they produce is good quality, it's been my experience that they keep running out of key ingredients during supper hour. No brown rice, no quinoa and no kale. That was last Thursday night at 6 PM. Not the first time. Their response? Come at lunch time...or are least before 5 PM. This location is not going to last much longer

This place is great. Ignore all the old reviews (1 year+) as it has clearly done a complete 180 from their experiences. The staff there are helpful and very friendly. Menu is easy to read and there is a lot of outdoor seating. Great for something quick to grab and healthier than other places that make food in the same timeframe. Good deals and yummy food. Vegan, vegetarian and meat proteins to add on to whatever you’re ordering. It’s reasonably priced for two people as well. Also, if you do get takeout, make sure you hold the bottom of the bag as it is paper and because they give you a lot of good food, the bag might give way.

I've been to other Freshii's (the one at Yorkville) and I was very pleased with the food. Although I'm sure it is not always like this, maybe it was an off day, but this place ruined my Freshii experience. The wrap I got was falling apart when I got it, half of it was cold, there was something added in it that wasn't supposed to be in it - my dad got a smoothie, the green one and it was just overloaded with kale, I tried a sip and it was pretty gross.

As a long time customer of Freshii(6 years) i am very very disappointed.The quality and portion size has dropped significantly since it first started out -It seems as they expand(franchise) their business the quality drops significantly.I always order the same burrito- the amount of beans given on the burrito is a joke- almost none. The portion size used to be much larger. Maybe if a person does not add protein" then consider giving more beans.Also the portion size is not only small but inconsistent- id say 1 out of 6 times i get a huge burrito though mostly rice and the rest of the time it is on the small side.Also they charge almost 2 dollars extra for adding avocado and they give you almost no avocado- approximately 2 small slices. Again they used to give much more bang for the buck.Now it seems they have become like every other franchise restaurant..I am seriously considering never ever returning again.I am not paying for tortilla and rice only -- give more beans and avocados...I feel totally ripped off..Will be searching out other options..."
