BEWARE - Rude owners and workers. I called them about some work they had charged $900.00 for; an ATV. I simply asked if they had a record of the work they performed. The man person was clearly NOT interested in helping, he stated he really didnt keep records about customers, especially for those who do not have an account. It makes one wonder if they actually do the work they claim. ... Just SayinThis is 2016, no Records"

Had a really great experience with Kelsey and a few other staff members when purchasing a chainsaw for my fiancé's birthday. This was a time sensitive purchase and the staff were very helpful, they even arranged to have it shipped to Kelowna for me. Thanks everyone!
