Excellent service from a great company

Disorganized could not get a straight answer.

Called the day prior to appointment to confirm the time as we had to rearrange our work sche come to accommodate. On the day of appointm when we called to see if they are coming, the office worker claimed that she called us the previous day to reschedule. That’s correct, she claims she called us to reschedule at the same time that we called them to confirm. Interesting no? Also interesting that there is no missed call from her, but she would never lie about that.She also claims she didn’t know what the job entailed and that she hasn’t received the pictures that we sent, despite the fact that those pictures are still in the sent items directly to them. So now they can’t come because “they didn’t realize the scope of the work” and would need two guys to come out which they don’t have.As we clearly can’t trust them to even be honest, we certainly don’t trust them with this kind of work.

Kate and Elizabeth in the office are awesome, diagnosed my furnace problem, and had Scott the technician out to my place south of Pincher Creek in about 30 minutes!
