I received a promotional pamphlet promoting marketing pens for 79 cents each. I went to the website and placed an order for 50 pens. The shipping and setup fees are only shown after the checkout process is over. $19.95 setup fee even dough I never modified their suggested set up. Their shipping is also very expensive. $28.00 for 50 pens.The total order for 50 pens came to $88.62 ($1.78 per pen that were advertised for $0.79)I sent 2 emails to cancel the order but received no reply. I called in to cancel the order and was told that it might be too late to cancel the order but that she will put my request through and see what happens. She assured me that I would get an update on email. I never received any update on email and had to call them back.For a marketing company, their business practices clearly demonstrate that they cannot even market themselves.Awful company to deal with.

Wish I could give a zero starThis company is a waste of time and money. Buyer beware, we are not happy with their product, wish I would have read their reviews before I committed to buying their pens. Don’t waste your money.

I deal with them over the phone, and we are really happy. I think we have done annual orders for a decade now. We have had 3 different sales reps who handle our case. All very nice ladies who don't push anything on you. They do bring in new pens every year, which is nice, and they also send premium pens (not the 4 dollar ones, but the ones below that) as samples which is also nice. Can't think of a complaint, but I do recommend using the sample pen they send you for a few months, it's rare but some of them don't have the best ink cartridges. Over all great company and we have been happy with the prices for past 10 years. The picture below is our pens from 2 or 3 years ago.

Awful customer service and shockingly inefficient ordering process. First off, the graphic design team got my instructions wrong so I had to send in a second set of instructions. When they got that wrong as well, I sent in a 3rd set of instructions. They then sent me an approval request which I responded to within 24 h. Despite that, I discovered nearly 2 weeks later that they had somehow managed to cancel my order. I had received no notification and only found out about this cancellation when I called to get an update on my order. If you are considering doing business with this company, steer clear. Agree that there should be a 0 star rating for Perfect Pen.

Perfect Pens deserves a Perfect 0! Stay away from this company, as they have deceitful business practices and slow service. Hire someone local you know!Received a sample pen in the mail, which was great with a promotion of 60 pens for around $50. When I finally received the pens 2 months later, I was shocked to see a $19.95 setup fee, and a $25 shipping and handling fee. No additional fees were disclosed at the time of order, not a single line of text indicating those extra costs.I spent a half-hour of time phoning, and reversing charges. Decided it was easier to pay that than deal with this company again for returns. I hate this company, and have 0 trust for them. Stay away!

This is the second time I am using Perfect Pen and never again. We had issues with customer service with the first order and it was very delayed. The product was good so decided to give them another chance. The 2nd experience is a lot worse because aside from the delay, we've been dealing with UPS asking to pay extra shipping charges and I spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to sort this out. It's been months and it is still not resolved. UPS has now submitted my client to the collections agency even though there should not have been any extra charges in the first place (which was confirmed by Perfect Pen). Very frustrated and disappointed... This is the first time ever I am leaving a negative review online but I wanted to let other potential customers know to stay away.

Very unreliable company. We placed an order for over 6K in March for an event in June. Authorized a credit card deposit of 3k. Balance to be invoiced and paid by cheque. 30 wine glasses arrived broken. Would not issue replacement glasses until claim from UPS was approved. They weren't packaged properly from the get go. Hot and Cold cups were not imprinted as per our request. Could not guarantee delivery in time for our event so offered discount and then processed our credit card for balance without our authorization. That constitutes as fraud. Very difficult to get a reply from customer care. The only reason they are getting even 1 star is that the pens and bags we ordered were nice. After dealing with company for so many years, we will go elsewhere for our promotional items.

Probably the worst company to deal with ever. I waited three weeks just for them to get my logo wrong, and then tell me they were out of stock. Then when I called customer service they took a million years to answer and then when they finally did they sent me to a voicemail. PLEASE if you are looking to buy bulk pens, google it first and do not use this company. You will thank me later trust me. I wish I read the reviews...

I ordered from Perfect Pen in the recent past; the order was quick and the bags were just what I expected. However, when I reordered the exact same product, I didn't hear from Perfect Pen to verify the design within the weeks to follow. So when I logged into my account to check the status of the order, the price was almost $100 more than on the invoice I received and naturally, because the creative was not approved, the shipping date would be pushed nearly 3 weeks!I'm grateful to Anita who corrected the price, sent over the creative for approval right away, and got things back on track. While I would like to give Perfect Pen a higher rating and be a return customer, the lack of customer care, and deceptive pricing is really troubling.

First orders were great, no issues, then I ordered cyber Monday specials using a promotional code. It was never applied to my order and they said *I* put in the wrong code and never made good on the error. So I paid full price.They took my money, sent one of the products I ordered, and left the pens out. So they have my money, sat on an order for 3 weeks.
