I had a good haircut but was really upset with their customer service. When I called to bookmy appointment I was told a haircut was $75. I ended up getting my haircut and having to pay $113 instead. I was shocked and asked my stylist Marisa why it was so much... The thing is after she cut my hair, she asked if I wanted a blowout or I want it curly. I said curly not knowing that she was going to charge me extra for that. It would have been nice if she told me there was an extra charge cause I wouldn't have done it. I was really upset that she did that and wasn't honest about the price from the gecko.

Just had my first haircut at Bucci Salon. Krizia is fabulous. She listened so carefully to give me exactly the cut that I asked for and I am so happy with the result. Lovely salon too and very careful with cleaning and disinfecting which was reassuring to see during the current situation. Highly recommend giving this wonderful salon a try.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My little sister went to this salon today and asked for a dye job like the one you see below and she got something else. I am writing this in her place as she is distraught for feeling forced to pay $430 for something she did not ask for and as her hair is ruined for a very important weekend, it's our older brother's memorial and our other brother's baby shower.She also provided photos to show her what she wanted. They dyed her hair twice and the final product came out as this patchy highlight job that looks as if they had used a highlighting cap. The quality is less than the amount they charged $430!!! She confronted them after seeing the patchy work and lack of colour and they just told her she HAD to pay. Did not offer any resolution to the obvious issue and disappointment. This is by far the biggest failure in customer service as they should have offered her to at LEAST come back and fix it, with another more experienced hairdresser.Below:The hack job (my sister with her hand on her face) which is patchy and the colour is wrong $430!! and the other is what she had asked for. Do you think these look the same? Would you pay $430 for this??

I moved to Bronte three months ago and picked Bucci because of it's friendly atmosphere, the professional experience of the staff, and the glowing reviews. I am SO happy to have found my new salon! Marisa, the owner, cut and styled my long hair beautifully. She is involved in every bit of the salon, from sweeping up to hair washing to processing payment, not to mention giving me the best haircut I could've hoped for plus a lovely blow out. When I realized I brought the wrong credit card, to the appointment, Marisa offered to take my card number over the phone later! Luckily my partner ran over the right card, and I instantly tipped Marisa more for being so understanding. Really happy with my whole experience.
