The White Spot there was fine. I had the Chicken Yaki Udon Bowl, which was an interesting choice of entree.

My wife and I had a fantastic family dinner at White Spot with our little ones today, and we had the pleasure of having Ken as our server. He provided excellent service throughout our meal and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. We truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor. We highly recommend White Spot and commend Ken and for his outstanding service. The rest of the staff was also very accommodating. Five stars!

WE DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We are a group just passing by, hungry and tired. When we entered the restaurant, we wanted to sit closer together as much as possible. There were many tables as it wasn’t busy when we came in. We found tables that were close together and we were fine with being in two or even three tables separate as long as we were close, since we were paying separately anyways. But they still refused and said that we don’t have the right to choose our seat. Just because we wanted to seat close together, they didn’t want to serve us. The owner himself was the one who kicked us out and didn’t want to resolve their problem. They are so RACIST AND RUDE. This is the only restaurant that has treated us this way. I would never go there anymore & suggest that you wouldn’t as well. I wouldn’t want others to experience this.

I met my sister for brunch. We sat on the bar side of the restaurant. Our server was perfect. He did such an amazing job. Best service I've had in a long time. He was a tall, lean, bald man with a mustache. If the manager checks this, he was a great server and my sister and I appreciated how well we were taken care of on Friday March 10 about 11am. Give him some kudos for doing his job well.

Great dinner here tonight. Both the service and food were really good. I really wish White Spot would bring their chicken pot pie back, it was one of my favorites.

We went right at peak time for lunch and still had fast service. After asking our waitress which salad meal she recommended I chose the Farro Power Salad. It was very tasty and super filling, I wasn't even ale to eat the whole meal. My daughter had the steak frites with fries. It was cooked perfect to her liking.

Visited this location twice and ordered out once.For starters, their waiters are so friendly and professional.Clean surroundings, well-kempt washrooms but there were no hand sanitizer stations in sight(I’d have given an extra non-existent star for this vital add-on).Their toasted shrimp sandwich is so yummy!You should try the blueberry milkshake too.All meals are flavorful and well served. Portions are reasonable for the cost.In summary, I’d go there again whenever I’m in Kamloops.

Disappointed. I should have taken my cue from their sign out front, that this was a bad place to get a good breakfast. No coffee upon seating, took quite awhile to get order and first coffee, which sat empty waiting for a refill until we were wrapping up. I was about to get up and get it myself. Not offered selection of spreads for toast, but had unwanted strawberry jam and ketchup side. Never once asked about quality of meal, which included re-deepfried potatoes, cold sliced roast beef, and extremely chewy sourdough toast. Great job using coarse ground pepper, but the holes in the shaker are too small... The blueberry waffles were good, as was the side of sausages. Zero service, and had to specifically request a no tip" option

Terrible owner, does not know how to run a business. Doesnt know how to find an easy solution to problem. I really feel that they should find a different owner and manager. If only the owner and manager knows how to run a business then maybe they wouldn’t have bad reviews. For the manager and owner please take into consideration of resigning and finding another job.
