Really happy with my experience with this shop! I was dealing with a flat tire and they were able to repair it quickly and get me back on the road on short notice. Friendly and great customer service, I will be back.

Very polite and professional team. Appointments booked quickly, service completed in a timely fashion, no waiting around.Was extremely satisfied with having both my vehicles inspected and tires changed in one day.

Fantastic interaction. Scheduled a simple tire rotation and a break inspection and the night before my appt had a major issue occur. When I took it in they provided a quote, pictures and a write up I could review online and then call to confirm the details. When I asked questions they gave me factual info without hesitation and told me they may They kept my vehicle and managed to come in almost 20% lower on the initial quote and did additional work by choosing better part options. I will go back.

BUT DO NOT GO TO NAPA REPAIRS IN PETAWAWA.Last week I went to get a tire change.Did a tire change and balance.Car was wonky, couldn't drive past 80km/hr.So Im going on a 7 hour drive thursday, the day of I go in thinking they need to redo a tire rebalance.Went in thursday. they go on to say that the car is not driveable and safe. Wheelbearings are shot at rear.So lets ignore the fact that last week you put your hand and eyes on these two parts, as wellas admitted that YOU SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS.So the car goes in.205$ for one wheel bearing. And 265$ for the other because you had to get one from ottawa.really? couldnt swallow a 50$ 'SORRY MY BAD' Fee?So in total I spend 1100$ and then you have the NERVE to tell me that my car will need another 277$ to fix my Camber at the back, because if I don't then i'll feel my car want to lean to the right.So I pay and leave. drive 7 hours. And sure enough, car leans to the right. But screw it, I decide to go rebalance my tires at my hometown.AND GUESS WHAT? ALL MY TIRES ARE OFF BALANCE.The guy didnt even charge me, he couldn't believe this autoshop.TDLR; spent 1100$, and car failed to protect me from a safety hazard so bad my 'wheels were about to fall off'AND GUESS WHAT? NOW I GOTTA GO BACK CUZ LOOK AT PHOTO BELOW.TURNS OUT THEIR WHEELBEARINGS ARE JUNK!!!!

Amazing service every time. Very knowledgeable. You will know what needs to be done ASAP and what should be done soon (with an idea when and price).

Terrible garage. Will not be returning. Originally quoted $3060, turned into just over 4900. The mechanic said he broke a part while removing it and they still charged me over 600 to replace it. What was expected to be a day long safety turned into over a week. When I finally got my vehicle, the brakes worked worse than before all of this work was done !

they did some work on our minivan, loved it! their customer service was very professional and above and beyond our expectations. Their prices were very fair and the work was top quality. Will definitely come back here for any of my futur vehicle maintenance needs.

Quick and thorough. I brought my car in when it wouldn't start, and they replaced the battery and let me know what maintenance would be needed in the next bit. Very helpful.

First time bringing my car there and everyone I interacted with was very friendly! Cost is what you'd expect at any garage. No complaints at all!
