Calgary Hellenic Banquet Hall

Wonderful location, Beautiful hall. Staff from the booking process to the end process was smooth and non-complicated at all. A huge shout of to the manager and hall booking processor for helping making our daughters quincenera as amazing as it turned out!

Shannon at the Hellenic Hall was an absolute pleasure to work with. We contacted her through Wedding Wire and she was efficient at booking us in to come see the hall! She sent us home with a large package of information that was so helpful when considering this venue! They allow so much flexibility (choice of caterer, décor, DJ, liquor) which was huge for us, plus it is an absolutely gorgeous space! Shannon was so amazing at answering our questions along the way, as well as providing recommendations throughout our planning process. We could not recommend the Calgary Hellenic Hall more for any events!

We hosted our wedding at the Greek Hall and it was such an awesome and smooth experience. Shannon and Anastasia were both an absolute pleasure to work with - they were helpful, informative, and were so quick at getting back to me.The venue itself is amazing. It’s such a big space, very clean, and of course beautiful!! If I could relive our special day, I would choose the Greek Hall over and over!! Thanks again for having us!!

Staff were lovely to work with through the entire process of planning my friend’s wedding reception. Constraints were clearly stated, and the Center worked with the “wedding committee” to accommodate all of our needs. Acoustics were great, pleasing the band and musicians as well as the guests, and the commercial-grade kitchen pleased the caterer (happy caterer = happy diners.) We got great support from Anastasia the day before the reception and the day of. A fully-equipped bar, handicapped elevator and washroom, easy access to the outside for smokers, everything we came up with in more than a year of planning, they could do. Yes, there is adequate parking, and the train is close by, too.

Rather large, nicely kept venue in Greek style. Easily accommodated around 300 guests. Lot of parking outside at the streets The only downside is very confusing acoustics with large speakers above the main stage and ecoe coming from all around.

The place is good really for having events like party, training sessions or even exhibitions. It's very spacious. Unfortunately, they only have street parking which is difficult if you are bringing in things to use for your events

Shannon and Anastasia were the most genuine and down to earth people :) They took their time to explain everything and were very cooperative throughout the whole process of booking till our event! This venue is beautiful with plenty of parking. Do consider this when planning for a great event, it also has amazing sound system, and lighting!

Gorgeous Hall, amazing bar and HUGE commercial kitchen.

Not only is the venue stunning, but the customer service is outstanding! Shannon was always quick to get back to us and patient with all of our questions. She was a pleasure to work with, especially during COVID when so many things were up in the air.As I said, the venue is stunning. You really don't need much to make the room appear elegant. I personally loved the high ceilings and the stage. This place is perfect for anyone hosting larger weddings. There is also decent parking around the venue and it wouldn't be hard for your guests to get an Uber to a hotel from here.

We booked this hall for a celebration of my moms life. It was the perfect venue, it was very reasonably priced, especially for what you get in return. The AV equipment was fabulous, and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely use this hall again for future events.
