I’ve been coming to this salon for the last few years and have always had a great experience! The staff are always kind and welcoming - I’ve had my hair cut by Tina and Angel, and recently had a Digital Perm done with Angel. She was so kind and professional and listened to what I wanted very carefully. She also shared some really nice hair care tips with me. My hair turned out amazing! 10/10 would recommend this salon to friends & family.

I have came to dye my hair here for many times, the salon uses good products, it doesn’t make my hair dry or damage after bleaching or colouring. The service here is also professional, I met Angel and she is a thoughtful hairstylist, I’m satisfied and happy with the results. Will come back to this salon next time.

I got brave and tried a new salon. It’s hard for me with new changes but the staff was very friendly and Human was very professional and thorough. He was very detailed and paid a lot of attention to where the highlights should and shouldn’t be. I was looking for a natural look and he made suggestions on how to achieve that or if I was looking for something more dramatic he can colour another way. I would definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend Bisou salon. My stylist was Angel and she hands down gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had! She gave me the style better than I had in mind- a true professional. Thanks again Angel!

I hadn’t had any real hair treatments done on my hair for over 15 years. Angel did a fabulous job highlighting and doing a digital perm. My perm looks so natural. I love my new hair and highly recommend Angel! Will definitely go back!!

Went there as a walk-in, asked for an inch trim and some layering and came out with choppy layers and really thinned out hair. My hair density has been the thinnest it’s ever been, and the length was significantly shorter than what I requested. The lady went through my entire head of hair with her scissors to thin and then again with thinning shears. I feel like I have no hair left. The hair wash was interesting, she barely scrubbed the back and instead focused on scrubbing the hairline. Save your money.

Conclusion: Had a mediocre - bad experience with a hairdresser named Dolly.Booked an appointment with the salon and the front desk was not friendly in the first place over the phone. I asked if could have Dolly or Angel based on the Google interview and they just booked Dolly for me.During the hair cut, Dolly pulled my hair each time so strong that my head even got pulled over to the side and I had to tell her that this is the first time I had a experience like this and then she stopped doing that. Felt like a 20 dollar fast cut and not worth the 70 dollars.Not recommended.

It’s my first time coming in for a walk in, as I need a haircut for the upcoming Lunar New Year. It’s definitely one of the best experience i’ve ever had. I did my haircut with Angel, she’s very professional and kind. I showed her a picture of my hairstyle preferences and l she did a very great job, she explained to me the cuts and ask me during the process whether I’m satisfied with it or not. Overall, it’s a great place and I recommend getting your services done in Bisou
