I left disappointed.They have a table full of Zoo York jeans with a big $15 sign, but after spending time shopping and trying things on I was told my jeans were $40 unless I buy two pairs.Wasted my time. Some other clothes had signs that actually say 2 for $30..Also, a button flew off of a pair of jeans when I was trying them on... the last pair in my size of that colour of course.They tried to offer me 10% off of the $40 but I walked out empty handed and unhappy with my experience.

Pretty good store to get clothing, skateboard parts, some decent scooters and a big skate park. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The only reason why I’m rating this 4/5 stars is because the skatepark is going to open in June 2022 which is a while from now. Otherwise this is still a good skate store to go to in Tswassen.

The staff work here is rude and declined to refund for same day returns. Due to covid safety measures they dont allow us to use fitting rooms and cheat with store credit on returns. How will i use their credit if their products don't fit properly for me? I can also see someone added review that they processed refund after talking to their store manager. This is totally not acceptable that behaving differently for certain customers and not doing refund during covid lockdown.

I brought my young son here to the indoor skatepark. He's five and at first I was nervous because he usually gets a little bit picked on at the skate parks that we go to because he's so young... even though he is aware of the general rules of the park. I was happy and pleased to be treated well by the staff at the Park's entrance... a bonus was the other skaters at the park made him feel comfortable and were extremely considerate of him. The long car ride was worth it and 10/10 will be going back to shop at the store as well. It was beautiful in there, with lots of kids selections. Thank you!

The place have good products for boys but the staff there was rude. Lady with glasses working mid day on July 9. She is very dismissive and sarcastic. She is alone in the store and it is evident that she is not happy working there. Seeing the reviews of then place this is not the 1st complaint on staff there. Maybe management does not care or they are that bad that they expect staff to act like this. Anyway. I will bring my business elsewhere!

I have shopped at this store on many occasions and I always get amazing service from Dustin the store manager. He's great at putting together a look and getting me the best deals. The clothing is always displayed in new and cool ways every time I go in there. Amazing prices too!

Left the below review 3 yrs ago and because we are local to the store assumed that these reviews and acknowldgements actually make a difference. Not so ..Just went through a similar situation AGAIN!!.The store states exchange only and that is exactly what we wanted to do within timeframe as again a shirt didnt fit ...and yet again its like launching the space shuttle to exchange items here ...this happened today with the assistant MANAGER !! lolshame on me for going back knowing this store is supect to terrible service policiesbeware of the allure of cheap sales gimmicks and terrible serviceTerrible customer service.My 9 year old son received some clothes for his birthday from this store and we were simply looking to exchange for something else and NOT a refund. We had the gift receipt as well however the clerk pointed out that we were beyond the allowable time for them to provide an in store credit or exchange or in short ....service" at all ...for a gift ? Really surprised at the "retailer focused" policy and how their philosophy seems to lacks any service toward the customer at all ! Gee where will I ever find another store that sells hoodies? My Goodness. Whats worse is I sent in a complaint that went unanswered and unacknowledged. Would imagine this may get noticed ?Beware of West 49 retail policies (as well as Urban Kids) as they do not do refunds and ONLY exchange within 15 days of purchase..American Eagle

Love the clothing from here and good pricing, however troubles me that the desk doesn’t have $15 change to deal with a cash transaction in the middle of the day; hard to deal with customers with the intention of purchasing if you don’t have the things needed.. walked away and did not purchase unfortunately.

The manager Dustin is always really helpful in putting outfitstogether and knows what my teenage sons will like! Store is the best organized store in Tsawwassen Mills (in my opinion). The displays are always changing and expertly arranged. You can walk thru and see what’s new and exciting without having to pour thru a bunch of racks.Love shopping in this location for my teen boys. Service is 5-star.

Awesome. Great prices and friendly staff, but then there's this young girl Taylor.. I went in yesterday to ask for an exchange since they don't do refunds, but when I went in she decided she was now going to be the manager. She declined the exchange and suggested in store credit, which I declined. Then another older girl came to help out once she saw the issue. She was great, but the young girl was quite rude, petty and unfriendly. Other than her it's a great store to buy hoodies and pants from, great quality. Keep it up!
