I had a wonderful Hypnosis experience with Tara. She is kind, friendly and very real in her words. One big thing I loved with the way Tara works is that she offers online sessions that I can do on my own time and in my own chosen place. I enjoyed her weightless hypnosis in the comfort of my own home. I am looking forward to more sessions with her and definitely recommend booking a seeing with Tara.

Crossroads Collective in Kelowna has been a great centre for people who are looking for counselors with a lot of experience, particularly working with individual counselling, couples counselling and child counselling or play therapy. I definitely highly recommend the clinic. Their admin staff is also very good at working with your family and finding the best counselor that is a good fit for your personal circumstances.

I had the pleasure of knowing Brent Hayter for over a decade when he was teaching at the middle school where I worked as a hockey skating and skills coach. Had a life changing experience, the hypnotherapist at crossroads Tara is truly gifted. I was in a car accident back in 2008 that changed my life forever , and after that I decided I would never drive again , 15 years of no driving. I did 2 sessions with Tara and she helped me let go of my past and move forward out of fear. I am now driving every day . Tara is amazing at what she does and is a gem of a human to boot! She helped me through some obstacles I was struggling with as well as facilitated healing my inner child. Hypnotherapy is Definitely a must-try. The whole process was insightful and relaxing.
