They were quite helpful. My friend was looking for cameras for her home. Fortunately, Squmish was the only place that still had the one she was looking for. It's a short drive up. The cashier brought out the set. The price was very reasonable. Had me thinking. Great price great value and they have a good refund policy if it's not right.

The Squamish Home Depot is unreachable by phone. The automated system hangs up on you. It asks you to name a department or say an extension number but does not give any options. Even after researching possible departments still failing to reach a live person after several calls. The automated system keeps hanging up. In this case the Squamish Home Depot should remove the phone number and call in service altogether. I had to call through US customer service to get to Squamish. After reaching the store the customer care associate wasn't knowledgeable but was proactive to ask colleagues around. The customer care associate came across as being most concern finishing the call rather than trying to help and sell.

I'm sure it's due to the labour shortage, but the quality of staff here has gone from 'ok' to 'abysmal'. Today was about the 10th time I was sold totally the wrong item, only to find out after coming home and doing the research myself. The poor fella in the lighting/electrical department had no idea about the difference between a 3-way vs 4-way light switch... BASIC knowledge if you've ever wired a house. They need to seriously rethinking their talent strategy, stop being so gritty and pay their employees more, and actually retain knowledgeable staff. Because at this rate their brand is going out the door... too bad really.

I am very disappointed. I had a new fridge delivered today and when the delivery guys plugged it in, it didn't work. I worked very hard pulling out the old fridge, unloading all the food - I had everything ready for them. Surely there is some quality checks done before shipping? I had to have my old fridge hauled back in! Can't get a repacement for 3 weeks! Such a bummer. ☹️☹️

My lady and I have needed to go there many times of late and I can not say more than enough of the crew that are working this location. Janet in the appliance department was fantastic to deal with. She was very helpful and a good listener and, as a result, I purchased my washer and dryer from her. She followed through with everything and the delivery and installation went very smoothly. Would highly recommend dealing with Janet.

I only went to look for a light bulb for the kitchen hood. I liked this store because it is extremely big and you have many places to park.
